Step 3 — Verify Downspouts
Each downspout tested with running water. Confirm full drainage at the downspout outlet (away from foundation, into the appropriate drainage). Clogged downspouts get cleared on the spot. Any structural issues (broken brackets, separated sections, damaged outlets) flagged for the homeowner.
