Quotes and pricing
We price every job through an online quote, and your price is confirmed in writing before any work begins. If the scope changes once we’re on site, we agree on the change with you before doing additional work.
Access and preparation
You agree to provide access to the property and an outdoor water source on the scheduled day, and to keep pets indoors during service. For gated communities, we coordinate gate access with the address and community you provide. We pre-wet and rinse landscaping as part of our standard procedure.
Weather and scheduling
Rain, high wind, or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling. Paver sealing in particular depends on dry pavers and suitable humidity. We will contact you to set a new date at no charge.
Results
Soft washing removes biological growth such as algae, mold, mildew, and lichen. Some stains — for example deep-set oil, paint overspray, or permanent discoloration of the material itself — may not be fully removable. We will tell you during the quote if we expect a stain not to come out. Existing damage such as cracked tile, peeling paint, or loose pavers is not caused by cleaning, and we’ll point out anything we notice before we start.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing on your quote or invoice.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here applies to work scheduled after it is posted.
